He used a screened fitting at the top to keep debris out, and allow filling/draining (air lock prevent).
Then standard garden tap at the bottom, with female/female connection for filling. Used stainless bands to secure to headaches rack uprights. -

I'm kinda lazy, and low budget. I bought a much bigger bottle to refill this, and it sits next to my cup holder for ease of access...

Unrelated to my lazy comment, but I don't really get dirty....lol
I wasn't saying I never wash my hands, but sanitizer is quick and easy. Plus I kinda like the lavender scent....blade and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
You want warm water use a steel tank and run it next to the muffler.
