I have to suggest that you check with the Salvation Army or Goodwill for a driving job. They both hire CDL drivers and they are not going to check a DAC report. I've done volunteer work at the Salvation Army and it was just an all around cool place to work even though I wasn't being paid. I don't know much about the Goodwill though.
The messed up part of DAC reports.

you take 2 words from that whole post and try to put different self serving agenda meaning to it. Good job!
-
not 4 wrecks. 1 wreck and 3 small non dot incidents. Stop acting all righteous. Wrecks involve other vehicles
-
Hire right issues the DAC report. Its on their website.

I love how you come to this blog site and it is flush with morons like you who think they are so righteous. Until something happens to you. Calling them wrecks is just you and your self servant ways.Thomas0810 Thanks this.

Wow ... Can't wait till u get to me ... You really shouldnt insult ure hosts u know

Different? Self-serving? Not even close. I would suggest you, and other "victims," look in the mirror. The solution to your incidents is right there. Or, if you think the policies and procedures at any given employer are unfairly biased against you, move on. But "victim?" That's weak.

Not true, fall asleep and hit a bridge would that be a wreck or a non-wreck?

He's just misunderstood; it really isn't his fault. Just ask him, he'll tell you.

I have seen this attitude over and over and, based on the OP's first post, I am not surprised at his responses. As an employer I know that despite the best efforts and intentions of employees, 100% incident-free over the entire career of a driver is extremely difficult to attain. It's the goal we must all be shooting for, but don't be surprised if we don't attain it (I haven't). That doesn't excuse incidents that happen, and we need to analyse what happened and do everything we can to ensure it doesn't happen again. It's when stuff does happen that you see the true character of a person. I have had good drivers have major incidents that I have kept on because they recognize that they "own" what happened and I have skidded drivers for minor stuff because "it's never their fault."Last edited: Jun 14, 2013
