But Six, I park like this all the time, what's the worst that can go wrong???:D:D

All jokes aside..... I would NEVER park on the side of the road like that but, ill take it a step further. I wont park at a rest area where a driver driving on the interstate can run off the road and into the side of me in the rest area.

No marker lights. No hazards. Sure as hell ain’t getting out to put the triangles out. Curtains closed. Normal shoulder…not even an extra wide shoulder. I can understand an extra wide shoulder (wider than 30 feet), not saying that I would park there, but I can understand when those are utilized.

Careful now, don't want to offend anyone, and I think drunks staggering out of bars at closing time running into parked semis isn't as much a threat as some moron driving distracted, I mean, at least the drunk if awake, has their eyes on the road. The truck driver? Be on their way to Florence Super Max, with the Unibomber, EL Chapo, the "tennis shoe" guy, along with all the other criminals of our society. I think there was just a similar incident that slogged through the courts here, and they hung the truck driver for illegal parking on the shoulder.

But Moron D. Truckers ELD beeped his drive time was up. And we can't have an 11 hour violation, now can we? Or, Moron D. Trucker didn't plan better and missed the 30 minute break.

That’s how they park in the third world country where they came from. What’s the problem?

I'm guessing the non-emergency parked on the shoulder gets a big ticket and gets fired.

But if the Highway Patrol were to stop and cite every truck on the shoulder, they wouldn't have time to stop at the Donut Shop.

Moron D. Trucker is the same guy that flips on his 4 ways as soon as the road is anything but dry.

But won't turn them on when he's backing in a parking spot at the truck stop.
