New Management has invaded the Headquarters of Pam Transport Tontitown AR.. They folks didn't go in with a scalpel to remove the fat. They gone in with Chainsaws and Axis..heads have been rolling for a few months now...dispatchers have been walking out... They are letting Chep and Heavy dispatch trucks.. Just like Wal-Mart Does. Now They are in Customer Service Swing the Axe... and the Driver Should start to feel the Ramifications of this by more than usual miss information...Tighten your seatbelts driver its gonna get worse be for it gets better...
Coincidence this is happening a few weeks before they release their quarterly results? Having been around Corporate America for many years, it is not coincidence, but anytime you have a shakeup the stock usually rises for a few weeks, but also gives an excuse for not making targets. Investors will be told they found some issues and made some adjustments in personnel which should correct it, and will take a quarter or two before they start seeing results.
idk but my friend has been there for almost 2 years he hasn't heard about it but he is out of the north Jackson OH yard. Still he gets a lot company scuttle butt from there. just last year they bailed Werner out by buying a bunch of terminals and drop yards
