    Well I guess it's not the worst thing I've seen. One time I saw a guy hauling his washer on the back of a Harley bike. Thing was hanging on by a thread.

    Yeah, that’s a ####ing laugh. Like here in MD where dump trucks aren’t subject to Bridge law, you’ll “damage” the road UNLESS you pony up the extra money for a “dump service registration”.

    The basic gist is, they want your money. Permit this, permit that. Every time I turn around, I'm amazed at how much they make you permit for. One of these days if you want to run down to the grocery store in your small car, well, gonna have to get a permit. And then yeah, they claim you did road damage. Hmm. Wonder why they don't fix the roads then with all that "permit" money.
