    They give the municipality a good deal on rentals and they have a bunch of those machines almost new. They are became a dealer so dropped their Case equipment rentals. Oh, and it's only a 1800ft elevation change in those 15 miles so not to bad.

    Why did they drop their Case equipment rentals? Switched over to a cheaper knockoff brand? I've seen those cheap knockoffs and they are screwed up in hydraulics mostly. I don't even know how they make it out of the factory. Seriously? Ditched Case? Case make one of the best on the market.

    Still a Case dealer but, in talking to them, they said with the price they buy the cheapo's for and the abuse the rentals get it was cheaper to just replace them as needed instead of extensive repairs on the Case equipment.

    Be glad you had to do it now, because it'd hurt worse next year. At least that's what I tell myself while I'm popping advils.
