It appears that the concrete girders are full length from abutment to abutment with support columns in the median. If I had to guess, I would say that whole bridge needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The good news is that the abutments and support columns are already in place, I would think they would only need to bring in new girders. Chances are pretty good they would have to fabricate brand new girders for that job. Just to form them up and pour them, the cure time is about a month. Those cables that were hanging down in the previous pic are stress cables. They pre-stress them to several tons then pour the concrete into the form. Once it is cured, they release the end stress, this is what makes those girders so strong.

My take on that is, its loaded backwards so its a good idea to strap down the fairings....one strap appears to be on a tire on the back of the frame behind the bunk. It appears its leaning to the left, so it may be wrecked, idk, so a strap over the hood may be for that. It looks like there is chains/binders on it also.

Yea Back lower corner of the bunk is crushed. Hood has a crazy gap at the top and it looks like the cab is sitting on the fuel tank. I doubt the back of that cab is attached to the frame by much any more. Looks like there's chains pulling forward just under the steer and pulling backwards between the drives. Chains to keep the chassis from rolling and straps to keep the body on the frame.
