Don't buy any truck between 2007 and like 2016. The emissions problems alone can bankrupt you
If you buy an older truck like say a 99 if you spend 20000 for that truck don't be surprised if you put another 20 or maybe even 30 back into it.
The main thing is being able to cover those costs because there are times they just will keep coming at you.

I’ll keep it simple, if your asking all these questions, you have NOT done your homework yet so your NOT ready. Use the search box in this forum to do your homework and research for starters. What you’ve ask here has been ask countless of times. It really gets old. My apologies for being BLUNT ........

The 10yr old emission truck is not a very good idea. It'll probably break you. Wouldn't touch one with a 10ft pole
