The transition has been transparent...nothing feels any different
I suspect we'll see changes coming up mostly I think in the in the in-house positions not so much the driver stuff...I would think there's no reason for 2 HR departments for example two payroll departments that sort of thing
this is just personal intuition I have not heard anything

There's the difference. Company driver vs O/O. They make more using trucks they don't own. Seems to be their business model.

Michigan trucker is Right Dreamboat is a company driver...but still I've been doing very good and most people I talk to you have been so I'm not sure what's wrong

If I were you. I would call and ask to speak a Supervisor, or the Assistant Director of Operations, or the Director of Operations. I had to do that before. A lot of times, Fleet Managers overlook drivers, because they answer phone calls, they also look at everything, such as the following: MPG, is the driver using every bit of their 14 hour clock effectively, is the driver starting his day 15 minutes after his 10 hour break is completed. That plays a big important part of getting the miles. Once a Supervisor sees all that. They will have a talk with the Fleet Manager, or switch fleet manager. Don't go in the conversation ill tempered. Be diplomatic. Good luck Michigan trucker.
