Those Mickey Mouse ears on the front of the hood?

I personally never found them to be useful,.. nothing I couldnt see from my fisheye. But if your acclimated to using them,.. I can see where you want them from habit.

    Nice looking truck.

I have a feeling that it's not so much a personal preference as it is that Landstar requires them.

The new style mirrors look way better than the big round ones. My opinion any.

Just one more reason why you'll never see the Landstar logo on my truck...unless, of course, Landstar would agree to buy me a brand new hood upon separation. They really aren't much different than the clowns cutting holes in the bed of their pickup to run stacks...useless & ugly.

You like em, fine. Company demands it? Whatever. They just seem like a solution looking for a problem, insted of the other way round. In city they add blind spot, on freeway, they encouge lazy driving. Like the 4 wheelers that barly glance at there mirrors and figure, well i didnt see anything in that 1/2 second glance, must be clear.... not the case for all, but.... jmo

    WOW.

    DOUBLE WOW.

That's about the worst analogy I've heard in a while.

    Have to agree with @mp4694330

I can think of several situations, over several years, in several models of truck, where blind spot mirrors mounted on the hood have saved accident and injury, property and flesh.

Really surprised me to hear an attitude like this out of seasoned professionals. They're another tool in the box.

Sorry about the thread de rail @missjhawk .
