Those Mickey Mouse ears on the front of the hood?
I personally never found them to be useful,.. nothing I couldnt see from my fisheye. But if your acclimated to using them,.. I can see where you want them from habit.

You like em, fine. Company demands it? Whatever. They just seem like a solution looking for a problem, insted of the other way round. In city they add blind spot, on freeway, they encouge lazy driving. Like the 4 wheelers that barly glance at there mirrors and figure, well i didnt see anything in that 1/2 second glance, must be clear.... not the case for all, but.... jmo

Have to agree with @mp4694330
I can think of several situations, over several years, in several models of truck, where blind spot mirrors mounted on the hood have saved accident and injury, property and flesh.
Really surprised me to hear an attitude like this out of seasoned professionals. They're another tool in the box.
