I'm still trying to grasp the op saying an exit ramp is a safe haven.I would like to see him use that excuse in Wisconsin. That's illegal big time in that state.

This is something I don't understand about all the posters; he's been parking there for 4 years. The property manager had no problem, none of the other businesses had problems. Then 1 tenant, who has a new security officer who has a problem. Now he's scum because he stood up to a bully who had no right to kick him off, tried to kick him off?

Simple. He has no right to park there.

Ok, what part of he has had permission from the property owner for 4 years is not being understood here? The property manager is not the one telling him to leave, it is one of the tenants who has the problem.
Is there a difference between permission given and right to park?

The problem I see is, the one business who pays rent there will go to the property manager and tell them the truck needs to go, and that he was uncooperative, and getting backing from the 2 Security Officers. If the tenant pays rent on time, and is a good tenant guess who will prevail? I would have gone elsewhere to park, then contacted the property manager or owner. He would have had the upper hand, now the tenant is getting first strike, and guess who is the bad guy? As I said, he won the battle, but will he win the war?

Could be. And Walmart is big rent payer, and probably on time. But, is the supervisor the store manager or is he just some chump who is trying to throw his weight around?
