Yep, they refused. And every driver I talked to on the same account absolutely hated it.
Yet HR and placement claimed I was the only one who ever filed a complaint.
Eventually I took a temp account and it's working out great so far.
Every single solo 48 dispatcher I had has been abusive and massively incompetent.
They just act like everything being a train wreck is how it's supposed to be. -
Thats odd. My 48 solo dispatcher was awesome. Trainer was great too. Guess I beat those 1 in a million odds, huh? Good communication is one of the most important things in this industry. That and delivering on time. Seems you need to work on both.

Seems like you need to work on your honesty, because your BS meter is off the charts.
Werner has over a 100% annual turnover. If it's so great, why can't they keep drivers? Hmmm? -
Wonder how that compares to other companies. OTR can be shi-- no matter who you drive with. You need to make a decent pay for the job to be worth it.Some pay a higher cpm, but low miles. Others pay a lower com but run you ragged for that crappy pay. Very few even last a year. I pat those of you on the back who have been OTR longer than 5yrs.
