You're new, you're green, and they think they can blow this stuff by you.
If your shop thinks those tires are alright to run you need to bring it to safety's attention. If something went wrong and one of those rotten sidewalls blew out and caused an accident your company, and you, would be liable.
Don't take chances with this kind of stuff. If they insist you run with bad tires and shocks, start looking for another job.
The office many times will tell you whatever they think you want to hear, especially about safety. If their nice words and good attitude don't make it to the shop people it's all bs.

Leaving has already crossed my mind. Their pay "guarantee" has been a pain in the ### to deal with every week. I still can't get a straight answer on all the ways you can get disqualified by the automated system. I've held back on sharing it here out of fear of doxxing myself but the training process was a nightmare as well. If I left I don't know how much experience I would put on an application or who would hire me. I was hired in January but I've only been solo for a little while now. I've been flagged for some BS reasons by the automated system already and it's frustrating that it requires manual overrides by my dispatcher. He made it right for me the first time but it sucks having to micromanage my paycheck every week and spending time and energy on getting it fixed then having to wait several days to get an answer and not seeing the money until the next paycheck. I'm waiting to hear back now about another manual override on last week's paycheck. I was disqualified last week for having a load removed when I was unable to do the load because the truck was getting repaired. Another I got planned and a load was stacked onto me while I was asleep on my 10 and I got disqualified by the computer because "I didn't respond in a timely manner".

You may want to get in contact with @Moosetek13 - he is a Swift veteran and could probably give you some good info on how to navigate that company

    Sounds like a
company that doesn’t want to do routine maintenance. I wouldn’t put up with that type of BS. It’s your arse if you get in an accident and your CSA score.

More curb rash on that one than dry rot.

Thats not neccessarily better, curb rash can just as quickly lead to a blowout because the sidewall MAY be weakened.

Ive run worse looking curb rash tires with no problems for 30k, and better looking ones for 2k before a blowout

Those tires are dangerous, refuse to drive the truck because if something happens and you have an accident, they will own you and you will lose everything you worked for.

All in, it looks like 4 drive tires have dry rot.

Now I'm starting to second guess myself. There is definitely fluid there. Is there a difference between leaking and "heavy misting" on semi truck shocks? It's definitely not dirt, it's black as night. The truck sways like a mother ####ers around curves and rides like ####, but Ive heard Internationals ride like #### in general. The truck is a 2020 with 350k miles, I doubt they've ever been changed.

If the shocks have fluid running down them, they're bad. If they wobble when you grab them, they're bad. You shouldn't be able to budge them and they shouldn't be peeing down themselves like Mr. Beauchamp in Unforgiven.
