Well, they came down a while back, and listened for the dope sale in west memphis, but they just quit advertising while they done their investigation.
They’re back at it again, not as much as they used to be, but still.
7/10 times i’ll never hear anyone say anything about an incident, the 3-10 after you’ll be stuck sitting in traffic.
Most people to busy or don’t have a cb.

Last week there was some serious skip going on and mud duck was on the superbowl channel hollering at another guy up in oregon and another one in hawaii. I was sitting in my driveway at home and they were coming in so loud and clear it was like they were only yards from me. They have to putting out some serious power.

Don't worry about the petition. File a complaint with the FCC like I did.

Is he the one that’s always yapping on 19 ?
Magoo1968, Another Canadian driver, Timin770 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Supposedly he is being investigated by the NM Attorney General for his business practices. I would imagine there is more chance of NM doing something about this than the FCC doing anything about his radio use.
Vampire and Another Canadian driver Thank this. -
I read somewhere he is using a Ghost Rider Amp? I know nothing about any of this. I just was curious and started Googling.
Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
You mean , good white ,good green. That went on for years.Opus, Another Canadian driver, Judge and 1 other person Thank this.

Again, HE IS TRANSMITTING MORE THAN 4 WATTS. That is highly illegal. I've read he has a 4000 watt amp hooked to his radio. He is interfering with the use of other stations and that is in direct violation of the law.
Ever read the FCC rule when you buy something and it says "This station may not cause interference?" That goes for ALL stations on public bands.
I'm in disbelief that you don't think that someone using a public radio frequency and disturbing users for the ENTIRE NATION on that frequency is not breaking the law.Last edited: Oct 13, 2023
