    Any govt that bans internet ,is just wasting time unless it’s a dictatorship like china or North Korea .

    just use a VPN and then you can choose what ever location you want the website to think you are calling from .
    I used to use one to watch British TV shows that weren’t broadcast or allowed in the states .
    Mostly episodes of Top Gear about 15 years ago
