To evo app won’t shut off

    Header says it all. Problem started yesterday, apu was running , I went to start the truck. Turned the key on and apu wouldn’t shut off. Had to turn off from control panel. Same thing all day today. Anyone got any suggestions?

    Though I have a totally different setup, mine can be set to safety shut down on several different triggers - brake set, ignition on etc . . .

    It calls for a check of the safety function every 30 days, by cycling the key on and off.

    My laptop is a Mac and I can’t find a program to translate TK’s diagnostics program to see why it’s doing this

    That's actually not a bad thing , lol.
    If you loose your alternator you be able to make it to a shop.
    I don't know about a make but , if it's called devices and printers/ hardware go there.
    Then plug in your apu and watch for the new USB device to show up.
    Click on that and you should see browse files. Hold your cursor over that and you should see TK EVOLUTION.

    I haven't looked at mine in awhile but if memory serves me correctly you want to open the file START there's two of them one's a dialogue page the other takes you to the dashboard.

    Mac and pc are way different. One app I have to run pc program on Mac wil start the TK app but won’t load any values or change parameters. I was hoping someone might know a solution without going into the programming
