Don't quit or get sidetracked...until you actually DO get that CDL. Get the class "A" CDL. Don't bother with the other.

Do I just ask for endorsements during my 3-4 week stay at the CDL school? Which one's would really benefit me?

I would get them all (I never wanted bus) and test for them all.. get your background and Hazmat done.. it opens a lot more options.. and since you're going to be testing anyway.. may as well knock them out.

Study and write down the in cab air brake test.. I have had to fail more people on that single thing that literally anything
