As a past fireman, its all ill purchase, I've bought a few batteries over the years. Have one in the truck, shop, and house. Great service. Just don't lose it. They won't help you then!

I'd bought mine off the Mac tool truck at my dad's shop years ago. Didn't even have the receipt anymore. Found out about the warranty online. Literally put it in a box with a brief description of what it was doing, and that's it.

It came back in the mail, and had a list of what all they'd replaced, along with what the actual problem was. (the switch) Only thing original was the case. Brand new flashlight.

    Pleasantly surprised is an understatement.

You know that's a great idea. I bet my old one is 12-15 years old. Back button went bad. I removed it. Not front one is alittle weird. I use that one every single day. Maybe I should have them tune it up.

I love companies that take care of their customers. I need a new flashlight and they just earned my business

His was at the back. So didn't damage anything.

Funny enough. Shortly after a cop came along and pulled him over. Not sure what happened after.

I honestly don't know the range but every time I have used it I get responses from those around me.

And it works great at the few places I load/unload that still run CB's to communicate with the scales.
