Yea we, especially Dad, go through 4 to 5 pounds of strawberries a week. $0.77 a pound / container this week. Usually $1 or less. I go through more blackberries & blueberries. They are more expensive, so I don't get them all the time, but usually at least 3 out 4 weeks one or the other can be found for $1 per container.

****PRO TIP**** I've learned more about nutrition taking care of Dad the last 3 years than most doctors know, especially since he's on the dialysis, and he has high blood pressure.

Blackberries & blueberries will thicken your blood to a degree, so if your coming up on your physical, none of those for you for a few days prior.
