Pulled in to a loading dock today and noticed this. Does anyone have an idea of what’s going on? I just bought new shock absorbers that I’m putting on this weekend, could that be the issue?

I doubt it, the brake chamber will still be missing a plug, and the slider release arm will still be bent.

I’m talking about the tire being off the ground on one side. Brake chambers are being shipped now and I haven’t had a problem with the slide release.

Are the track bars different? The one on the right looks round.
Are the shocks the same part number left and right?

Can't see under the trailer from the pictures you posted. Guess it could be a shock that sized up. It's hard to diagnose without a picture of under the trailer.

Yes they’re the same came on the truck. I crawled underneath and looked. Apparently the front shock absorber on that tire is completely broken. I just ordered 4 new Monroe shocks

The shock absorber on that side is snapped in half. I just ordered new ones. I don’t see how that would keep it off the ground unless it broke while it was compacted in.

It wouldn't unless it broke after you took the picture. You really need to crawl under the trailer to see what the problem is.
