    Trans Quality aka UNLIMITED Carrier aka ES Express Lines from Chicago area encourages and assists its drivers to cheat on electronic logs. They mostly utilize Peoplenet and EOBR. According to their safety guy Steven Schmeltzer you call "log department " and they will move log book for you. Not to mention drivers ability to "fix" EOBR themselves. Company knowingly and intentionally violates hours of service rules.
    An appropriate report along with evidence will be submitted to FMCSA motor carrier enforcement section. Drivers think twice before applying for them
