When I started, I would always have the fine people at Pilot do my Transflows for me, and then Knight would pay me for working.

Now, it seems some Pilots have "self service" Transflow stations, where I have the "option" of doing it myself! Also, most terminals have a place to send your Transflows.

I still make the Pilot people do it for me, because, and new drivers beware!!, Knight does not pay you extra to do it yourself!!

Just another example of Knight screwing the driver!

I have no idea what you are complaining about. I have never gotten paid for scanning my paperwork. It's part of finishing the load. Nobody has to pay Pilot or anybody else to scan. You hand them the paperwork, they scan it and they give it back to you with a little receipt. No money changes hands in the transaction. Pilot placed the self-serve stations in to free up their cashiers, who were getting bombarded with scans when they needed to be minding the counter. I actually prefer the self serve, because I don't have to wait in a big ol' line to scan in my stuff anymore.

But complaining because you don't get paid to finish the load? Puh-LEASE!!

Sorry, people, it was kind of a joke. So many peeps complain about Knight being a horrible company that I thought I would do a little sarcasm.

edit: Kind of a shame that anyone would think I was serious, though.

That's OK, Knight is in trouble for paying people salaries, well making people be ON salary, in states that it isn't allowed it.

    #### it, Knight can't even PAY PEOPLE without getting in trouble!

I was insulted the other day when I was at a Pilot and had like six trips to Transflo - the cashiers were already slammed and I said "I can do it myself if you don't mind?"

"WHAT?! Oh no, YOU can't do it! We're the only ones trained!"

Ha Ha that's funny! You forgot to mention they only pay layover when they feel like it, don't pay for all miles driven, and require calls to payroll to ensure your reimbursed for scales and tolls.
