Truck Drivers Death Leads To Payroll Investigation

Well, screwing an insurance company ain't gonna kill anyone. But, yeah, this is how we roll in 2024.

 

Around $500,000 owed in Work Comp insurance premiums. Plus the $2 million under reported payroll. Payroll taxes with penalties owed.
OUCH.
Company owner being 84 years old. He won't serve much time, if any, for his transgressions.

 

The owner old as ####.....he probably forgot to report all of the payroll. For some folks, memory goes with age.

 

Dude forgot for 15 years????................... found the deceased employee had been working for TKJ Trucking as a truck driver for approximately 15 years.

 

Rock quarry near me got busted for that years ago .

they had almost all of their employees listed on workers comp as receptionists .

 

Hell yeah...he had a severe case of amnesia.

 

And it was just awful...sad to see, really

 

I believe him.

That guy was a sales rep with an cdl… and that was his first load as a truck driver.
