I have a BIL that's K9 in Prince Georges Cnty, MD, the dogs are only allowed so many "bad" hits, which means they alerted and nothing was found. The problem is people don't file a complaint to have it placed on DOG'S record, which is only way it gets there. Once they have so many of these, their 'court cred' disappears and so does dog...The dog gives them excuses and ways to save their jobs, "wasn't me, the dog alerted"...If it happens, file the complaint.

Good point. Can't have that dog going on alert for rabbits while you drive by.

Oh, ok. No, it was on I-40 near Holbrook, search bc he was looking for additional documents to prove my logbook wrong. Got pulled over for a lit abs light that was not lit... It all didn't leave a good impression on me. I support law enforcement, but sometimes I just wanna say it's a scam.

They can legally get inside your truck without a warrant to measure your sleeper. The regs state what the minimum size a sleeper must be and they have full authority to ensure your sleeper is the correct size.

This is where you grab your video camera as he's walking up and video the whole encounter. "your ABS light is lit" ,boom, video shows it is not lit your honor.
