Trucker plows through 2 highway patrol cruisers, going to fast for conditions

Dash cam video is really deceiving. I watched a gas haulers posted video. He was loaded, coming down a snot covered mountain. I thought to myself this guy is flying!!! Then he pointed out he was only doing 30, which reflected on the cam readout as well.

But I do agree. This guy should have anticipated this, and slowed down even more.

 

It happened in Quebec

 

He wasn't going that fast, looked like maybe 40mph. The officers appeared to have been taken just as much by surprise as he was. Just what happens in ####ty ### weather like that.

 

We can drive as safely and prudent for conditions as we want, but there's always that one trucker who goes plowing through any conditions like it is a sunny summer day.

Driver should be arrested for the music alone lol

I know right, white police cars in white snow conditions is poor planning for sure! Police cars should be bright orange.

 

Oh well it looked like he was hauling ###. Video can be decieving

 

You can't see anywhere on the video how fast he's actually going, or at least I didn't, I was just guessing by the markers going by, assuming they're about as far apart as they are in the states. Blowing snow like that you'll be cruising along and feel like you're hauling ### when you're not.

 

Both cops crashed. You can see the hood folded up on the first one.

Look at UK patrol cars.
If you don't see them..........chances are you're blind.
