Probably see more of this as the weather heats up. Along with intoxicated drivers attempting to escape reality.

 

Definitely not justified, but my guess is the assailant got tired of playing leap frog with people who refuse to slow down for work zones.

I don’t get that from what is written. It says the asailent passed the victim in a construction zone, it does not say the victim passed the asailent in a construction zone.

 

Weather Matters.

Alcohol indulgence....under duress....under directions of "voices" from mushrooms, cocaine, marijuana, combinations....loud in head auditory noises both stationary and driving....disjointed visual apparitions/hallucinations usually after a night of fighting off the mental demons....raging over raging and yet not gaining traction....steady diet of SUGAR and CAFFEINE....sleep patterns about completely destroyed from sugar and caffeine demon fighting diet.

Apart from "alcohol and illegal drugs", the rest rather sorta explains my driving years, but not always did I have auditory and/or visual disturbances during daylight.
