Interesting.
It's true; it seems many of these hispanic migrants who come to this country have adopted a type of elitist attitude, especially in areas where they are the majority, not the minority (just like the areas of this country you were recently traveling through).
They act as if you are the outsiders, intruding on their land.
This country is really paying a toll due to decades of poor immigration control. An accurate example of such a case is this: My girlfriend is in charge of several departments at a satellite branch of a large Boston Hospital. This hospital has an extremely high rate of illegal, uninsured patients being seen - SO HIGH IN FACT, THAT 85% OF ALL APPOINTMENTS, PROCEDURES/LAB WORK, E.R. VISITS ARE NEVER PAID IN THAT HOSPITAL! A direct reason why healthcare is so astronomically expensive to the everyday working class.
Most people avoid the ER due to the $200 co-pay unless it's a real emergency; not illegal immigrants, they'll even go for a cough, what do they care - they'll never pay the bill anyway. It's no wonder why you often wait 6 hours to be seen in big city hospital emergency rooms.
I'm in no way a racist or bigot - Ghostchild, knows this from certain aspects of my life which I have shared with him. The problem with the modern day immigrants are they come to this country to exploit it, NOT embrace and conform like past immigrants did.
How can I come across someone who has been in the US for 20 years, yet hasn't even attempted to learn the language.

But like where I'm at now...at a loves in Lake Haveasu, AZ, just off I-40, as I worked my way inside...I felt I was in a different country...
Again, like with you, it's not color, it's culture...
And to top it off, on the way in I was past by a trucker sheik...
And he had on one of these...
And i just felt like crying....cause i was sorounded by cultures I wasn't firmiluar with right here in Arizona...I don't even have to take vacation over seas anymore to experience different tongues and cultures...
And your seeing more Asian American drivers out West here...I passed a young Chinese or Korean driver (with nice clean feet wearing flip flops), and his much older co-driver on the way in also...
So on the way into loves, all the drivers on the fuel Iland were of Hispanic decent, and the two who past me while I was walking inside were a shiek wearing a turban, and two lovely Asian drivers...
No young apple pie white or black drivers to be seen anywhere...
The white drivers I did see were very old, and looked like hobos....
Not a very uplifting scene....
Don't get me wrong...I love all people...but more and more I'm feeling out of place in me own nation...and I have brown toned skin....
I'm not some Aryon nation person saying this, neither are you (U4EA).....
It's just the landscape is really changing out here, and is effecting everything, even how drivers relate to one another...

Anyways, on to more cheerful things...
Today a very kind hearted driver shared some of their food with me...
They drove a refer, and while at a rest area, I saw them throwing away a bunch of grapes...I asked
'Why did ya throw away all those grapes?'...
And they said cause they were 'old'...
So next thing I know...the driver (who was white), went back to his trailer, and came back with a whole bunch of cold grapes, and gave them to me...
I thanked him and told him I was longing for fresh fruit and produce...
Then about 5 minutes later, he comes back to my door with a large paper bowl of smoked steak or something, and offers it to me..
it was oh so delicious...and made it stretch all day....
I took a photo of the food he gave me...
Point is, there's still nice kind hearted souls out here...
That driver could of just gave me a bad look when I asked him about the grapes, instead they went above and beyond being kind...
It really is a cold changing enviornment out here...I don't think most drivers try to be cold on purpose...They're just not use to interacting with others in their profession...
Every driver is like an induvisual Iland within themselves now...so so sad...U4EA Thanks this. -
I just feel things changing in society...
It's like it's no ones aim to be 'loving and accepting' anymore...
Maybe on TV, and popular TV shows it appears that way...
But in regular communities...it seems more and more people are withdrawing...within others like themselves...
(I really have no one or community to withdraw too, cause there's no one really like me, and the induvisuals who are like me, you can't spot physically, they come in all colors, ages, nationalities, but aren't tied together by any creed)
People, communities, are becoming increasingly suspicious of one another...and this breeds hostility, hostility breeds hate, and hate gives way to violence...I see it coming...and it saddens me...
And aside from pop culture...the new younger generation is becoming less tolerant than the one before them...
White youth are more inclined to join stormfront type orginizations, black youth in cities are hostile to anyone who doesn't follow the no snitch creed...hispanic youth are seemingly more loyal to groups across the border...
Islamic youth are loyal to Islam...American Indian youth are becoming more aware of their heritage and kicking people out their tribes who aren't 100%
http://www.voice-online.co.uk/article/cherokee-tribe-kicks-out-slave-descendants
I mean it's like the love and good unity that seemed to peak from 1970-1999 seems all but gone now...and people are reverting back to tribalism...
Modern day tribalism....
And then people like myself and others who just want to get along with everyone, seem to get caught in the middle of these spats...
I know...we should all pool our resorces together, buy some land, and create our own wonderland....
(I know, I know...the old timers are thinking hippie commune retreats from the 60's and 70's...and Jim Jones)
But seriously...what if 20 to 100 like minded people pooled their resorces and purchased about 20-50 acres of land...
I mean how else are induvisuals going to make it in these end times???
Hmm....I may have found a new purpose and cause...back soon... -
I mean unless your already independently wealthy....how is an induvisual earning $7.00-$12.00 an hour going to make it in this new emerging envoirnment...where only the super wealthy have the means to forge out a decent future....
How is one guy/gal going to make it in this new competitive enviornment when they're only 1 check away from being broke?
Who will bail them out when rent money is $700.00 a month, and they earn $1000 a month...and still gotta buy food, gas, auto insurance, phone, internet and other mis stuff...
Credits cards already maxed out, and or can't get credit do to outstanding balance.
How can one person make it?
There only option would be to become prey to whatever intermeral governmental agency was set up to aid and assist...which means you'd have to live in cities, which means you'd be under the new authorities rules and guidlines...which some may and or may not like...
I can just imagine the envoirnment...like refugee camps, only here in the States...
Refugee camps ran by the UN and other international entities...
The rich and powerful won't have to worry about such things...cause they will have drained the banks of all the money...
But those who never had anything to begin with, no house, no car, no job, no money, what are they going to do?
Putting you head in the sand won't make this problem go away...
We're living in a time where everyone seems to be drained of resorces...and the only people who seem to be or set up to be ok are either the super rich, or groups like militias who have thought along these lines for years, and or communes (yes, i know that's a dirty word to some)....
(unfortunatly the only militia images I could find were images that had them portrayed as gun totting extremist)...
Not all militia groups are gun totting ideologs....
Even I know that...but their the ones who get the headlines...
Most are peaceful...and their only aim or goal is to survive...
And all I'm saying is it's going to get harder and harder for induvisuals to make it alone....as wages drop and prices go up...
That's why more and more citizens are buying large swaths of land, and pooling their resorces, getting away from population centers, and becoming self sufficient...
it's just a matter of putting together 20-100 like minded induvisuals with the same goals and aim...
Some groups are religious in nature, other groups are secular and or everything else in between...
If I started such a group I would simply want it to be based on freedom and safety and well being...
Alone, no one could afford a place as beautiful and surene as this, but together it would be possible...
20 or more incomes vs one $7.00 an hour income...
$1100.00 a day vs $56 a day...
$22,000 a month vs $1100. a month...
I think it's something worth looking into...
I mean the only other option really is poverty...
to be continued...Last edited: Oct 16, 2011

Hello from NM!!
Hope everyone has a decent Sunday....everyone with good intentions that is...
I'm not hopeing a good Sunday to those who are hurtful to others and who plot evil...
Nor am I wishing a happy Sunday to that 3rd world guy who was to lazy to put trash in can, and instead laid it on my trailer...
The SW is turning into the 3rd world...
Oh well....
All that aside have a good Sunday anyhow...U4EA Thanks this. -
One income...$1000 a month...
20 incomes...$20,000 a month...
40 incomes...$40,000 a month...
100 incomes...$100,000 a month...
It only makes sense in this day and age where one measly income can't do much for you...
Where by the time you pay your basic bills, your left with very little...your life reduced to that of a consumor, and where your only role and purpose is to buy stuff...
As wages continue to drop, hours get cut, and the price of items go up...a single or double income gets you less and less...
There's more to life than retail and whole sale...
but yet this is what most peoples experience in life has been reduced to...
Days, weeks, months, years, decades wasted on earning measly incomes, that in the end still aren't enough to obtain what people want...
(I'm talken about low wage eaners)
Everyones been taught to 'do it alone' (accept foreigners who seem to be the only ones getting ahead, cause they pool...as do the rich)...
This idea that you'll ever get what you want from $10.00 an hour is a farse...you'll simply waste time and energy chasing 'stuff'...instead of 'living'....
And corporations need you to remain small and simple...they need you to remain an induvisual without power or say...
They need you to remain a quiet obedient consumer...
But I don't...I need you to think outside the box...
For instance...look at all the foreclosures lately...and with the banks not lending, and with many with bad credit, who can afford land anymore??
But what if just 20 or 30 people each contributed $1000.00 to aquire land and or property...that's $20,000-$30,000...a small farm or ranch in Wyoming or Utah or Montana...
Right now only the rich can afford such ammenadies...
But if working class people pooled their money, we too could afford the same...
We could all pool our money and buy a ranch!!
Please step out the box...
As an induvisual, it will never happen....but as a team...it can happen...
And life can slow down a bit...and you can wake up and enjoy the field, the creek, the smell of fresh air...instead of jumping in car and rushing off to work to earn just enough to stay broke....
I will be developing this idea and concept more over the next few days...
I'm serious about this...I just need participants...serious ones...either from here or elsewhere...
It will be a very secular based society within a society...
And the purpose and aim will be 'practical'...and that is allowing people to live a little outside of the rush rush retail wholesale enviornment.
Life is short, and I can't foresee myself spending the next 5-10-15-20 years chizeling out a meager existance...wasting the last part of my youth scraping buy and following a template of consumerism while missing out on what life was really meant to be about...
Consumerism is the 'beast'...as is the whole money market system....
Your forefathers didn't live like this...nor do the Amish...
If your serious about this...stay tuned...there's a lot more to come...
Or you can continue down the same old work at Wal-Mart path to no where....
The rich and powerful are that way cause they 'pool'...investment groups ect ect...it's what allows them to buy and aquire 'stuff'....
So why can't the working class do the same??
Spend the rest of your life in this...
being shuffled to and from work, earning just enough to buy pizza and pay rent...
Or stretch out a bit and spend your healthy years on a place like this instead...
A ranch with a view...a place to walk around, to grow things, to relax, to become human again....
To be continued... -
I will be checking into small ranch or farm prices here soon...this can happen folks, and you can watch it happen or be apart of it...
You can continue to scrape buy and slowly loose everything...or you can learn to live again...We can buy a ranch or farm...we can do this, if you believe... -
Here's just one example...
160 acres for $37,000....160 acres!! (that's $231.00 and acre, could turn around and sell at a big profit in smaller parcels!, or open several RV parks or whatever...)
http://www.landwatch.com/Box-Elder-County-Utah-Farms-and-Ranches-for-sale/pid/200000919
(it won't last long)....
But what I'm saying is...unless your rich, or already have the dough..what common man or woman can afford this?
And why not just buy it out right, instead of financing it...
10 people, $3700.00 each = $37,000
20 people $1850.00 each, $37,000
30 people, $1233.00 each = $37,000
There's land like this all over the place...
I just used this one as an example...
Point is, pay for it out right...don't ever make payments to the bank...
160 acres might be a bit much...but at least you could go there, and no one would kick you off...and you could bring a RV, start a private RV society...where everything is paid for...
Pool to get sewer septic and electricity ect ect...
Many can do more than one ever can, unless your already rich...
This is just one example...I'll have more coming up...Last edited: Oct 16, 2011

http://www.landflip.com/land.asp?listing_id=38536
10 acres with small cabin in New Mexico...(just another randomn example)
$27,900/15 =$1860 each.....
Again...just an example...not only that...but could then turn around and sell a few years later...and at a profit...
Could form a realistate group....if people pooled money, would have enough to buy realistate, and then sell at a profit...exactly what Donald Trump does!! and other rich folks...
10,20,30, folks could pool money and form an realistate investment group...
There's so much we could do if you pooled resorces...suddenly 30 people have buying power...and clout...
But one person alone, will just be flippen hamburgers..
So so many possibilities if only you can see the potential in this concept....
I will be taking this concept and idea elsewhere...just thought I'd start it here first...
But some of you all on here are so stiff, and close minded, you just don't know a good idea when you see one....
Your to into your ideologies, right vs left, to see a wonderful idea...
Right now, my only ideology is green, and making an easier more fulfilling life for myself and others...
