I like the idea of ideas on debating in the battle it helps secure the reasoning an logic for said issues an ideas

What I don't like is how on other threads if u don't agree with them I am a uneducated knuckle draggin illiterate which usually tells me I have won the match if the other result 2 slander pejoratives an derogatory terms they can't convey there message or why its better they just choice too cuz an whine its amusing tho

It seems their is still are a few out here with principle an morals

It will be easier for a camel 2 get threw thy eye of the needle than a richman threw gates of heaven.
What is meaning it can be whatever is agreed upon by people but virtue, principal, morals the media of exhcange is necessary if u want 2 have water, electricty,a home clothes
Though in his eyes the end result is 2 give everything too 2 have no want or have no need

Modernday man has sold their soul 2 the devil an thinkn tht material goods an earthly desires are all that matter

Ghostchild.... I understand your sentiments towards trucking and I respect your 10 yrs. :yes2557: I also thank you for your "advices". :biggrin_25514:
We are all different people as you know.... I see some 65 yrs old and even older people who have been trucking most of their lifes and still like it. I also understand that trucking used to be much more fun, more free and more profitable than nowadays.
I am not saying and didn't say that I intend to be doing this till I die cause I don't know. I understand the changes we all go thru in life. So, whenever this is not for me any more, I'll find something else to do.

What I do know is that for now, this is ALL I want to do and there's nothing else that I would like to do for now.... till when, I don't know.
Although I don't want to disclose too much private info here, I am a female and much older than you can imagine.

Started hitchhiking with truck drivers in another country in the early 80's and that's when I realized that I LOVE life on the road, moving from place to place, no home to go back to... and I still love it!:yes2557:

I did other jobs, went to college, quit college (that's definitely not for me), took classes in the US, did other things, wasn't ever happy... But when I started trucking (it was a suggestion from an old friend who maybe knew me better than myself)... I fell in love with it... It was like I found WHO I am, what I want, my purpose in life became clear to me. It was like a REVELATION!!! :love10:

I don't care about degrees... I care about HAPPINESS!!!!

About solitude.... or loneliness.... I grew up in solitude.... and have always been living in isolation cause that's how I am... too long story.... But I am definitely OK with being alone cause that's all I know. Actually I am not a people person.... I am weird.... I know this may cause me problems a few yrs down the road for I am not young any more and have no family....

I have thought about buying a truck in the future.... maybe. It's not the right time yet.

I appreciate your time and input. :yes2557: And I hope you find something that you really LOVE doing since trucking is not IT any more for you. And I know very well how one feels doing something they don't like... for I have done it and those were the most depressed yrs of my life. :biggrin_25513:

I wish you well Ghostchild.... as I have been reading your posts for a long time. Don't agree with everything.... but that's ok. I don't dislike you, don't think you are a plague :biggrin_2559: and will keep coming back (if you don't mind...) :biggrin_25519: I just don't write much cause lack of time, English is not my first language... and I have some difficulty expressing my ideas... takes too long...

    ghostchild Thanks this.

Ok rocks...I'm going to give you a pillow fight right now...

    a pet peeve of mine...
But it's done out of affection...here it goes...

    Please never say the following...

    'best wishes'

    'I wish you well'

    'Best of luck'

    'Good luck'

People who say those things never stick around...

There is no conclusion until we're dead....until then life goes on...

Those types of sayings sound like good-by's

The only person who has never said that is U4EA...and he's the only one still here...

Your either in my life forever, or not at all...there is no weak flaky inbetweens...

I haven't time for the weak and flaky...nor do you....

The weak and flaky will abandon you when you need them the most....

So if your in my life...please don't say

Best wishes or good luck or any other type of ending like that...

Cause if your in my life, my luck is yours...and yours should be mine...

    familia
    famiglia
    aile
    kelvarga
    famijen

Don't allow any one into your life, who only plans to be there for a short time...

Length says a lot about motive and intent...

Love is forever...anything else is not...

    (I learned that from God)

And if it's not love...you don't want it in your life...cause it will only let you down...

I'm in it for the long haul....and I hope you are too...
