Trucking can be like a bad marriage...

Re-read the post...I accidently only posted the photo the first time, and then went back and added some thought to it...my bag...



Hello and goodnight at the same time...have a few moments to lay down some thoughts...

I took the above photo in New Mexico...(I think)...truck was pulling a grade...and it just had that old time outlaw growl to it as it came roaring by...
I was up on a hillside at a 'parking area'...

Many truckers are outlaws...but in a good way...
Basically get harraced and penalized for simply trying to deliver goods and services...and made to feel dirty and skanky for doing so.

Truckers are really and truly still unsung heroes of this nation...regardless of shape, size and color...
They, we, do a job that not many outside of trucking can ever relate to or understand...it's a strange calling...



But once it calls you, it's hard to ignore...

Anyhow...sweet dreams everyone...

Ok, now I'm really really confused...

Ok, I'm back...



I'm just not use to more than one or two persons being so nice, kind and cordual...at least on here...so it made my head kind of spin...

Sad to say...but I've somewhat been conditioned to be like Carry...



You know...the set up...the happy times...the illusion...



Then the bucket of gooh falling upon thy head...



And then...

Don't get me wrong...I like being treated nice...I'd love to live in a palace where I could be treated nice every day...sorounded by nice, trusting, honest, secure souls...



But my reality more than not is this...



This is how I was recieved when I first came on here and started this thread...(post 88 page 9)

For I truly am societies monster...and most prefer I remain locked away...
And to only come out to serve their purpose...like on Halloween...

So when someone chooses to be consistently nice and kind to me...I'm just taken aback...baffled...and a bit lost...

Underworld survival instincts...that's all...
