On that note, I dont think trucking has ever been an easy job by any means. I do believe that trucking is definitely not as pleasant as it was in the "good ol' days". There are obviously many reasons for this that are self explanatory, but I think its easier for drivers to get burned out on trucking this day and age.

I hope so, for their sake. The company is full of decent, hard working people. They were my first gig and I wish them the best. They are sort of historical in my region, being one of the earliest trucking companies in the nation. They were established in 1937 and it's a family legacy trying to stay afloat in a tough industry. Their DOT # is 00032. They were the 32nd registered company in the nation.

We have chated before Ruger. I wound up taking a new job with a very small outfit in VanCouver. On my maiden voyage now with a brand new T680 & Brand new refer. First run is about 3150 miles. Will see how it works. Pay is good.

You must have had a bad personal experience that differed from mine. I have heard very few bad things about them, but there will always be those who have a different opinion! Lol! I have even heard a few people say good things about CR England and Swift!

I’m impressed. I thought a 4 digit number was something.

I wasn’t looking them up to correct you. I looked up the company I work for because they’ve been around since 1931. Yet, they have a much higher number. So then I looked up Andrus.

Nothing wrong with a little fact checking. My point still stands about the history and legacy and all that.
