Something nice and ready to work in.

When sysco interview me, they want me to prove I can hook up, pretrip, backup, and unhook. So prepare to get your hands dirty

The most important thing to wear is a can do attitude. Look interested in doing the best job for the company you can. Make eye contact and have a firm handshake.

Wear leather boots and shine them. Shined boots tell people you're squared away.

I wouldn't go out of the way to shine boots, the boss is going to show him around which means it's probably dusty at the place.

I'd never wear clean boots. Clean boots are worn by people who don't usually wear boots.

I'd wear a cowboy costume, button up shirt with the real faux pearl buttons, unwashed Levi jeans and really pointed cowboy boots.

There's nothing wrong with clean boots or any shoes. Boots can be clean but worn out. It would make sense that if your going to dress nicer than usual for an interview that your boots arent too dirty. Just my opinion

Very true! I have lost a job or two because of that mediocre first impression. never happened again
