So I don’t know if this is a thing in trucking. Not too long ago I was broken down on the side of the road. I was in the emergency lane which was pretty spacious so I was very separated from oncoming traffic. About 4 trucks honked their highway horn as they passed by me. Does this mean anything or am I crazy?

Were they blasting the horn at ignorant cars on their left pinning them in as they tried to move over to give you room?
And yes, you’re crazy. Welcome. Crayons are on the right. Meds are handed out at 11.tommymonza, 28, Swedish Chef and 23 others Thank this. -
It’s better for them to #### your ears than #### up your equipment. Someone took my mirror last time I was broken down while I was putting my triangles.
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -

Were you broken down with hazards on or with triangles out? If a truck only has hazards on, these days, I won't even get stressed about moving over since they're probably just taking their 30.

Were you that swift driver that pulled into the travel lanes immediately after moving in Harrisburg PA? Cause you made a few of us stomp the brakes you’re supposed to stay on the shoulder until you hit a decent speed at least around 40mph
