I'm not sure what company this is, but I do believe prehire's are only good if you also pass the companies road test. So if you are having problems passing the cdl test. Spending the money to get you to orientation. Only to have you fail their driving test would not be very profitable. So I can understand why they did so. Not everybody is cut out for driving, and usually that is made known when someone has tore up thousands of dollars worth of equipment. So companies must look at the bottom line. Hope you get the hang of it soon, and continue to grow in your learning.
Trying to remain positive... But #### !

Apply to other companies and forget the original company, they had their chance to have you on their team and they threw it away. It a 2 way street, they have number of drivers appling, you have number of companies to go to.

ALSO don't think for a second that a refusal for a job is a problem because pre-hiring is not what people think it is. It basically is you are qualified to apply and that's about it. Once you get that pre-hire letter, they've already done some of the home work on judging you but still have a long way to go before you get the job.
So my advice is simple, always remember if you are a good driver, play by the rules and not pull any BS with your license or any potential employee, you will always find a job. Oh and relax with the test, it will go by easy if you do take it easy.Lone Gunman, KW Cajun, mje and 1 other person Thank this.
