One roadside mechanic screwed up our Freightliner ( Detroit) truck trying to turbocharge. The engine ran in sixth gear for a few minutes and then shut off. The Freightliner say the guy didn't clean the CAC charger and had damaged the engine. The company sent us an estimate for 50000 bugs. We need to prove it's guy's fault, he didn't clean before fixing turbo, then his insurance would pay us. Our only source of income is dead. Give us your best suggestion/advice, whatever, but help us out of it.

On a side note - very valuable in fact,
Tempo SC Ultra - by Bayer. Very effective in bug control. -
You may want to talk to your insurance agent first, In cases like this where your dealing with someone else’s insurance, yours may cover the expenses of the OH then go after his insurance with their lawyers for reimbursement. Then again, they might not, but it shouldnt hurt to ask.
And 50k sounds a touch high... -
