broken bow ok and wilkesboro nc has trailer washout stations at the plants and required the driver to wash his own trailer out b4 parking without being compensated by tyson.

tyson should have a washout station at every plant and not require the driver to perform washout duties without paying the driver.

there's not a blue beacon on every street corner, sometimes u have to use a mom and pops truck stop and have your trailer washed out and pay for it yourself and seek reimbursement later.

what about having to sit in line at the blue beacon for 3 or 4 hours waiting your turn for a washout and not being compensated. i asked tyson dispatchers for extra pay for sitting in line they said no.

my assigned com data card was cut off by dispatch while i was delivering loads without cause while i was trying to get fuel for the truck.

i would call dispatch and they would cut the card back on so i could fuel their truck.

i asked for detention pay and tyson said they don't pay detention.

dot advised that the trucking companies were getting paid for detention by the receivers at the warehouses and the trucking companies elected not to pay the drivers.

the us supreme court has said that sitting in a dock door is considered work hours and should be paid by the hour according to fair labor act.

the dispatchers would assign me additiional loads if i had recap hours coming back after midnight and would not let me take a 34 reset.

 

tyson does not pay for parking or reimburse for parking.

if theres no where to park u have to pay for it out of your .63 cpm.
