i was thinking about driving for tyson or kllm. i dont know a whole about either company. i would like to find out how the drivers are treated , if they get good miles ( 2700 or 3000 + a week ) , how the pay is , where the company mainly runs. any other info on tyson or kllm would be greatly appreciated. thks

I don't know anything about Tyson personally. Heard a lot of their drivers are happy there, though.

scarecrow03 .. do u know if kllm has good benefits or not ? also being a solo driver for kllm did u get plenty of miles with them ? did u run coast to coast with them or did the company keep you in a certain region ?

leannamarie.. thks for the info . i asked kllm to mail me some stuff about the benefits and stuff about the company the only thing they mailed me was a application. do u know how much it costs for there benefit plan for a family ? also when i was talking to them over the phone they said the company was closing down the dallas yard do u know anything about that

does kllm haul pretty much frozen food or do they haul other stuff to ?

Mostly produce it seems like, but everything. They have gotten rid of their dry vans, so it is strictly refer. Everything from lettuce to paint to bleach to beer to meat and everything in between. Their biggest customer is Fresh Express.
