unfi, the worst of the worst

I'm sitting at the UNFI in Iowa City now. 0400 appt and at 0800 still waiting.

 

The trick to the Iowa City UNFI is for your company or the shipper to have an account with the lumper service. In and out under an hour for full truckload of one product.

 

UNFI seems to be getting worse and worse to deliver to... I think that lumping company RoadLink has a big part to do with it.. How can they expect us to deliver if they only accept com data..??

 

This one here in Racine WI is a joke. 2 hours to stand in line waiting to be checked in, now almost three hours past the appointment and still haven’t been called to a door. This on top of a $500 dollar fine if drivers show up late. UNFI has been absolute crap since they merged with stupidvalu. Of course now they have capstone to deal with for lumpers so double the headaches. I look forward to the day when they p### off the wrong driver and that glass they smugly sit behind won’t be enough to protect them.
