USA Truck/Driver Solutions Contract.

If you are referring to the year contract, you are incorrect. The year does NOT start till you finish upgrade and become a 1st seat driver. Yes that date on the badge is your official hire date, but it's not the year start date for the contract. Actually payroll will not start the Driver Solutions Deduction till you upgrade.

 

Ok yes I remember that is correct. That is a USA truck provision not a driver solution policy. My advice is still to finish your first year and I tell everyone they are better off changing companies after that. Maybe to one the matches your 401k and well a company that is actually making real money instead of losing year after year.

 

It depends on your amount paid into DS. I took the middle plan. I think I paid $500.00 upfront. My start date was Jan 3rd. I called them and they said I could leave the 3rd. I left the 3rd. But now it depends on your plan. You also don't get as much money back.

 

All I know their broker department is very cheap and arogant.
