Doesn't have much to do with their safer score. They aren't buying it. If they were I'm sure they would have chosen a better score to purchase.
There are many companies with a worse safer score and a better finacial outlook. It would be very difficult to say they go hand in hand.

Satisfactory is just anything under the intervention threshold. 10 fatal crashes in the last 24 months? That's high. Doesn't matter that they have 2300 trucks.

Welllllll. Okay. I don't understand. Why did they shut down EZ-Pass? Not that I had one. But how come?

Those scores say we don't give a #### and our drivers don't give a #### either. They aren't the worst, but they are poor in every area.

In my honest opinion, and don't get me wrong, it just a gut feeling I have. I believe because our hazmat score is high and we are still running paper logs this is a ploy to get us to move to elogs faster. DOT is going to get all the big companies on elogs wheter they want to or not. And they are making then offers they can't refuse if you know what I mean.
Some companies have had slates wiped clean in exchange for this others have not been so lucky. Even if OOIDA wins their lawsuits, the big companies will have already began using them and won't go back, thus making it easier to push them onto everybody.
I've said it before, DOT records very few good log reviews, but records all the bad ones making it look like everyone cheating and running outlaw.
