USA Truck Training

I am here in Fort Smith Ar, VB is 10 min away, I have a question upon reading a post someone said that they were left in Virginia to await thier second traininer to come and get them and that was in a hotel for a few days. Is that your own OOP expense? I am broke as a joke that aint funny, and I cant afford a hotel and bus fare Im looking to get out there blow thru training and get some miles in so I can have a little change in my pocket. so my question is being a rookie and all Is this buisness a huge investment? Im not looking to have to invest much more than lots of hard work and dedication. Am I totaly missing something? Please let me know thank you and God Bless

 

They will pay for your hotel,bus fare etc if you ended up in that situation waiting for a trainer. Being your in Fort Smith / Van Buren already you should get hooked up with a trainer fairly quickly after your done with orienation i would think.There should not be any money that your having to invest.Piece of advice dont listen to the knuckleheads that sit around the terminals whining and complaining and bragging about things.Just pay your dues and earn your stripes and things will get better with time i assure you
