I just quit Schneider because of all the big brother bull, no miles, and dispatches were horrible.. ! I'm looking for a new company myself.. Any advice...? I'd like to be oo, or company driver with the right company..

Lol.. Love it..! So, I'm looking into going with USA Truck.. Whatcha think.. ? You hear anything good/bad about them.. ? I really want to be an OO, ya know.. ? Control my runs, and my truck. How's your new adventure going.? They treating ya good..?

 

Been here 6 years. Love it. Treat you with respect. No micro management. They only have 25 drivers per fleet manager. Don't see me going anywhere soon. Working on the PODS flatbed account.

 

I worked there back in 2015 left because of quality nothing to do with usa truck , I was a lease op and did pretty dam good they have the freight and with the rite dispatch you will do ok , my wife did well on the rr donnelley account.
