    Are you referring to Conway Freight which is LTL, or Conway Truckload which is OTR out of Joplin Missouri?

    Still love my job, but love being home more.

    Yeah - is that Conway ltl, or Joplin (CFI) . . ?

    Same thing here, the old truckers are disappearing, and we worry about the college breed.

    Sad to say but a lot of companys used to be good for. Health insurance co pays went up. Drivers are working harder for the same pay.
