USXPRESS newbie review and RANT!!!!

Last pay period I had 1700 miles (no home time) this week I have 980 miles but I went home Monday and Tuesday.. so I missed 2 days on this pay period....

 

There is no telling what the story is.

Seems all the companies are going to the dogs

 

I'm new to the industry & Been driving for usx for almost 3 mth now & went team for that exact same reason. My Now EX teammate's check was horrible before I came along. He went from making $6/700 as a solo to $11/1200 per week since teaming. Plus you earn bonuses. Teaming is best when fresh out of school. As for my ex teammate, he's back to making that BS salary for being non professional. I'm currently seeking a new teammate Praying to find someone focused. But I would definitely recommend team driving for new comers

I m seriously considering going to a school ($4,000) to get my class A and start driving. I currently make $25 an hour doing security work. Am I nuts to do this ?

 

I made good money at jb hunt and they never cheated me.I made $1200-$1500 gross on dedicated,no touch freight.
Just couldn't stand 62 mph.
