Verizon can kiss my...

20 gig for $120. Hearing those prices makes the $20 increase for my unlimited Verizon more palatable.

 

i wish i was smart enough to use all those features i still miss my bag phone been with verizon since then

 

Switched from TMo to Verizon in 2010.
Haven't looked back.


Did try Sprint to save some money... I think I lasted a couple weeks or so.

I do have Unlimited Data with VZW.
Also had unlimited data with Sprint except it was useable only 25% of the time.

 

I have had Verizon for 16 years with absolutely no problem. They have the best service available.
I have 4 phones and a mifi card. We share 30 gig of data monthly unlimited talk and text with Samsung Note 5 phones. I pay $253.00 a month for this.
We are all very responsible and have never needed a phone to be replaced and get new phones every 2 years. This year the Note 5 phones were free..
Don't know why people complain..I have been treated very well..

Their practices and the way they treat their customers is very well documented.

Yes, they do have the best coverage area hands down. They know it too. Just like any other company in that position they feel it puts them in a position to do as they #### well please because they know very few will have the resources or the time to fight them on it and will just walk away unhappy.

 

the only thing i can say good about them, is the coverage.

other then that, they totally suck. so does their equipment. and their software.

can't seem to find a verizon phone to last the full 2 years.

2 years 3 months. my sprint note2 has consistently run circles around my verizon note2 and hasn't needed one battery replacement yet. my verizon is on it's 4th.

 

4 years ago, 4 gigs was what you got for $120. AND limited minutes and texts.

 

My wife and I both had note 2 when they first came out with verizon. Never had any problems and my friend has one also with no problems. Phones still work today but we upgraded to new phones a month ago.

 

sure, phones work today. they have been since the LAST OS upgrade.

In the beginning, somebody wrote instructions to change the code in a couple of lines inside the android OS. To make gps work. And somebody else did the same thing so the people could play music bluetooth to their headsets.

Those threads are in the android forums. Probably buried deep down by now.

i can't say for bluetooth but my gps didn't work properly till the last os upgrade. my droid bionic never did work in the time i had it.

 

Other than the price I pay, I have no complaints with Verizon. My wife pays our bill online and never had any issues.

We had the billing issues with Sprint and them charging us for 2 months that we didnt use even after canceling the service. So,.. its not just a Verizon thing,.. I think they all stick it to someone eventually.
