How many miles are on it? A friend had a similar problem with his Mack and the same engine. I’ll ask him today what it was.
-
It has 601,000 miles on it I also change fuel filters also still no change
-
Do you have any codes?? Does the truck ask you to do parked regen??
-
My codes was for the turbo and I replaced that and still same problem and the truck don’t ask for a park regen
-
what code do you exactly have for the turbo and what did you replace, possible you have a serious boost leak somewhere as it is normally the case with this engines.

Fuel pump air leak in fuel line or collapsed liner in fuel line
Clearly starving for fuel
Need much more info on truck.
Any other things going on?
Hard starting?
