2010 Volvo D13 regen not possible, temp is not high enough ( max 750). Six days in shop, they replaced the manifold, the 7th injector, the DOC, the EGR valve, checked the turbo, replaced sensors, clean up the filter but the same message "regen needed" . I need your ADVICE, please!

Does your truck have def/scr?
-
No. It doesn't

Well, I know nothing about the newer "regeneration" trucks. Sounds like your shop doesn't either. Maybe take it elsewhere? Just a thought.
BUMBACLADWAR Thanks this. -
Well if the code you have says the temperature is not high enough, did you try and get really hot? We see codes like that on equipment during the winter. Hard to get anything to heat up at 40 below.

Its possible for the fuel line that services the 7th injector to get clogged up. This can happen for various reasons. Basically it clogs and and does not let the injector put enough fuel in the exhaust to get it up to temp.
Just something to check. -
Don't know if Volvo is like Maxxforce, but a Maxxforce has to have the coolant temp above 170 before it will regen. And many engine manufacturers have 2 temp sensors, 1 for the gauge, 1 for the ecm. Maybe the ecm sensor is misreading engine temp. When you said replaced sensors, it sounds like they just replaced the DPF sensors. If they plugged a laptop in, they could tell if both sensors are functioning correctly

Thank you! i don't think is the same

I think there is a good possibility you're catalitic converter is done and it is not reacting to the fuel or the doser control is ####ed, but if control was bad it would throw a code. the turbo should be good cuz it is only responsible to move the temp up to 525 or so then the doser takes over and it starts burning it out. if you look at the three temps the first one is one that doesn't go up that high before the catalyst after the catalyst is where everything is going on and fuel is getting burned up. there is a very good chance that your catatlytic converter is done.
