Man, I'm really trying to go to sleep but this is just keeping me up. so here goes nothing.

Walmart does pay good money in fact, I was at the time the last true Walmart Transportation driver to be on the old pay scale( looks like everyone is now that they changed it back). Things started good I was making around 2,000$ a week but it started to go down slowly probably because of my seniority and I thin they were trying to keep my trainers ADP up while with me. after that few occurrences it really didn't go over $1500 gross per week. In fact I probably averaged any were from like 7,8,9 after taxes per week. my ADP stayed around 295, but in time I'm sure that would have gone up. a few of the senior guys I talked to enlightened me they were making 100+ a year but they had topped out and some of them were running doubles when it was still around. I just didn't stay around to find out. I liked the schedule, the time off, the way they never called when you were home, but the benefits weren't the same as the teamsters, and I want the best for my family. That's $541.50 per week paid in full by my company for my Family plan. I probably ended up taking a in pocket pay cut by a smidge but gained way more in benefits....and a pension...that may or may not be there in the end. but that's a risk I'm willing to take.

A few reasons I left where my out time was changed to 0600 on a 5/2-5/3. So, in order for me to comply I had to wake up for 2 am, get ready, shower, out the house on a 2 hour commute to the terminal to make my gate time. I eventually over time got sick, to the point where I was vomiting, excessive diarrhea, every time I would come into work. it lasted from my out day until like the 3rd day and I could barley eat because every time I did the symptoms would arise again. It was hell. Got tired of the store managers that were ######## and wouldn't answer the door even when called. Besides that, the cameras, and the audio, plus the auditing of the phone really was just ridiculous. The time limit to talk to friends, or family to past the day was absurd as well. Not, only that but at the time I always thought to myself if Walmart corporate is going to treat men and woman that literally put this company on their back for 15-20-30+ years the way they did then WHO THE F AM I TO THEM?! after all that we were told that 6096 could possibly close and after time that was a joke because swift couldn't handle #### let alone meat and produce LMAO....but still who knows what corporate will do....

It was a hostile environment, and what I mean by that is exactly how it sounds. Some guys looked down on you because they thought you were a .38 special, hell some of the dispatchers at other DC's even treated you like crap. The only DC I can say that truly was the best was the one that I was out of 6096 great people all around.

    ok goodnight.

That's one thing I will never worry about. The cell is completely on Uncle Sam's side. The only thing I get is a monthly notice that the service is paid for the following month. THEY can try and FOIA against Uncle Sam for those records lolz.

As far as the rest of it? They made a mistake? Oh well. Now there is a difference between letting you know they make a mistake and actually suing you in court for judgement recovery of that money by either garnishment or judgement. I don't think it's worth the 800. It might cost them more than that to do it.

As for any "over pay", are they asking for it back? Not real sure they can do anything about it.

Every time they call, tell them you can't talk right now because you're driving and it's illegal to talk on the phone while driving.
Edit: Also, before hanging up, say,"When I find a safe place to park, I'll return your call about the money you owe me."

No one here expects perfection. Sounds more like ups. Only asked for records after an accident. And not the hitting a deer type.
Mixed with some truth and some questionable but this here sounds like a YOU problem.
