Walmart Drivers need to quit now

And here i was thinking high turnover was the result of low pay. Silly me.

 

Easy for a new driver at Walmart to make 80k a year. And most of the OTR positions I see are bragging about 60k and home one day for every week out.

Our guys will work 5 or 5.5 a week. Most likely 5.

 

Ok then lead by example! Quit today!!!!

Oh that's right, you're just a bunch of hot air.

 

He wants everyone else to quit and no new drivers to get hired so he can climb the seniority list and be on top faster than just waiting his turn. He should be a politician, perfect fit for him.

 

No new guys so the pay increases also

 

Outside carrier owner ops are getting $700 a day; I think... not really sure

 

Depends on demand, region, season.

A Walmart fleet driver told me yesterday that they have increased the starting pay because not many new recruits were signing up at .38 a mile::: just an fyi
