    This year, I'm looking at just over 110k (going on 6 years).

    Some phones can be programmed to send out an automatic response "Away from phone...will get back to you ASAP" etc; whenever someone texts your phone.

    I knew a driver who sent a text while on the ready line then picked up his trailer and left. He had an incident later that caused his phone records to be checked and was fired for texting and driving as the text didn't leave his phone till a bit later while he was driving.

    maybe true, but my lawyer would get that ecm report and get 30% of my settlement. any text i send on the ready line or any place with key off and off duty or on duty not driving. would call for some legal action.

    Seriously? Text that are In que only show when it went through not when it was initiated.

    Also do you really think that you can out lawyer WM? You're just an employee not a customer that got hurt, upset etc....
