I’ve known 2 Drivers who sold their Trucks and Trailers. At first we’re happy, died and went to heaven. Neither one lasted a year. Sorry they sold their Trucks. Advice from both “ Don’t sell Truck right away”. Give it a while. Well taken. Sounds like a Great Job for the right Person. Long as it ain’t Me. Lol

Because 500 won't be able to pass the drug test, and the other 600 can't pass the physical.

I hope all Drivers get more pay. We all deserve it. This Mentality of “Im only worth so much.Ill just settle for whatever I get”. Does none of Us any good. The more they pay Drivers, The more I can charge to pull a load.Always shoot for more $$$. That’s the point of Working, not promises, Drivers need to stop falling for the same old Tricks.Maybe this Wal- Mart news will help restore a little Respect for Us. Generally Speaking it’s a Tough Job with a lot of Demands and Responsibilities, Nobody wants to do. Can’t blame them either. Same reason Compesation should be higher. Not the $57000 average mentioned in the article I read about Wal- Marts high paying Job. Just a big advertisement for Wal-Mart. Article was carried in every paper I’ve seen this week.Megas should pay a Premium Lol. For putting up with their BS

It's about time an otr company is raising its wages. Otr sacrifice a lot of family time and health. 90k is good but so it's 90k and local. Not worth it for me, they seem strict... I don't want be to babysit, I know how to do my job.

So, they are hiring 900 driver's. That's probably 3 per DC. Not enough to replace the 10 per DC that retire.
